Software Concept Overview

The Concept

  • We do NOT provide full software solutions
  • We provide reference implementations

 

Heliotrax does not lock customers into a software ecosystem.
We provide reference firmware and integration examples.
Customers develop their own application software.

Supported ecosystems:

  • Arduino
  • ESPHome
  • Home Assistant

Status

This software project is currently in an early and flexible development phase. The system is still open for future requirements and extensions. A first proof of concept has been implemented using Arduino.

Key characteristics:

  • Rapid prototyping environment
  • Demonstrates basic system functionality
  • Used for early validation and testing

Future Concept: Home Automation Integration

 An additional concept will be explored using ESPHome and Home Assistant frameworks.

Objectives:

  • Demonstrate integration into smart home ecosystems (e.g., Home Assistant)
  • Provide a more user-friendly and configurable example
  • Enable rapid prototyping within existing automation platforms
  • Showcase alternative implementation possibilities
